Refund policy
To start a return, please email customer service.
YOU CAN NOT RETURN ITEM OR BE REFUNDED IF A CUSTOM CUP OR TOP WAS ORDERED.
If item was placed on sale or during a sale period, there are also no returns or refunds.
Items are not able to be cancelled once processed. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.
FOR CLOTHING: You will be Refunded through store credit only with your shipping cost deducted.
YOU will have to pay for the shipping cost for a return. Once returned it will be credited. (ONLY items that are not custom apply)
All returns must be shipped back within 20 days from delivery date or your item(s) can not be exchanged or credited. Shipping labels will be purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return.
LAV AND MAE is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages OR damaged cups once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier.
If the customer has failed to enter the correct address or leave it incomplete, you will NOT receive a refund.
