RETURN POLICY

To start a return, please email customer service. 

All returns must be shipped back within 20 days from delivery date or your item(s) can not be exchanged or credited. Shipping labels will be purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return.

YOU CAN NOT RETURN ITEM IF IT WAS A CUSTOM CUP OR if item was placed on sale or during a sale period.

You will be Refunded through store credit only with your shipping cost deducted. 

Items are not able to be cancelled once processed. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.

Dressed In Blooms is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, a claim will be filed and only store credit will be issued.
